This role is pivotal in leading the development of holistic 360-degree analytic products, leveraging. You will work closely with a team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts to create impactful dashboards and analytical solutions that provide comprehensive insights for our stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS: Drive the development of holistic 360-degree analytic products and the vision of a connected data ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and prioritize development efforts based on data-driven insights and user needs. Develop a deep understanding of user requirements and behaviors to guide product development and optimization. Agile Project Management Lead agile project management efforts, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Ensure timely and successful delivery of analytic products by managing project timelines, resources, and priorities. Serve as a single point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating decision-making processes. Conduct project tracking and analysis to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to analyze complex datasets and develop innovative analytical solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data and analytics to drive continuous improvement. Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with stakeholder requirements.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 4 years' experience in product management, with a focus on data and analytics products. Data and Analytics Experience Persuasiveness, confidence, and perseverance Data and Analytics Experience Product development Mindset Strong proficiency in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), preferred. Experience with Data management, creating dashboards and analytical solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent, preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges, preferred.
