This role is responsible for working with customers and cross functional internal business partners to ensure resolution of issues with the potential to delay timely payment. Solid experience with the SAP FI module, specifically collections and cash application functionality, preferred. This role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, process orientation, a high degree of accountability and individual leadership, very strong time management skills. Proficiency with pivot tables and vlookups preferred.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge Experience Level with Business Tools: Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Typical Education and Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent experience; 6 - 8 years of related experience
