Renaissance Resources, Inc. seeks Career MGT Specialist for its Atlanta, GA office.

Seek out, interview, screen, and recruit Korean-speaking job applicants to fill job openings both domestically and abroad. Offer career counseling to job applicants in both Korean and English through their career planning, addressing matters such as cross-cultural adjustment issues, dissatisfaction over current career, transfer and/or relocation anxieties, promotion or lateral changes; life/work balance issues, financial considerations, etc. Communicate with both existing and prospective corporate clients in Korean or English in order to gather information on available opportunities and discuss potential hires in order to precisely and thoroughly present the personnel recruitment services offered by us. Consult with corporate clients regarding various individual employee concerns, and render proposals as to the best resolutions of these concerns based on understanding of Korean corporate culture and assist corporate clients to identify training and development requirements to minimize difficulties with their employees and to establish better employee relations.

Must have a Bachelors Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Human Services, HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related. Must be fluent in Korean.
