Floor & Decor Outlets of America Business Systems Configurator (Merchandise) in Atlanta, Georgia

Regularly interact with Merchandising, Global Sourcing and Compliance, Supply Chain, and e-Commerce teams to ensure they understand and adopt functionality of FandDs master data management platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of product and vendor data, analyzing system issues, identifying, and implementing opportunities for process improvement, and enforcing proper system governance. Responsible for the full software development lifecycle for projects, enhancements and fixes including design, development, unit testing, system testing and change management. Manage user issues and ticketing system artifacts related to application problems. Identify risks and issues and escalates as necessary. Research and document recommendations and/or solutions for upgrades, improvements, issue resolution to ensure a stable, available, and protected technical infrastructure. Integrate new products and solutions into existing environment for continuous improvement. Develop advanced SQL statements and procedural code on multiple database management systems (e.g., SQL Server and Oracle). Tasks include querying data, manipulating data, generating reports. Work with end-users to define business requirements for new projects as well as supporting existing processes. Analyze data to solve new and existing business issues. Work concurrently on multiple projects and tasks across different business units.

Position requires at a minimum a masters degree in business analytics, business administration, or closely related field and six months of experience in the job or performing similar job duties. Experience in one aspect of managing the Purchase Order Lifecycle preferred. Job located in Atlanta, Georgia, and any unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. 40 hours per week. $102,877 to $122,450 per year.
