Location: Atlanta, Georgia

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, create insightful reports, and drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions.

  • Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling visual representations of data for stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and other relevant tools.

  • Use programming languages for data wrangling, data manipulation, visualization, and analytics to enhance data quality and accessibility.

  • Design, implement, and manage database solutions, including writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.

  • Create comprehensive documentation and present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in analyzing large datasets, identifying issues, and solving complex problems.

  • Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Microsoft Power BI, to create interactive and actionable visualizations.

  • Microsoft Suite: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Programming Languages: Competence in programming languages used for data manipulation and analytics (e.g., Python, R).

  • Database & SQL: Extensive knowledge of databases and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

  • Report & Dashboard Creation: Proven ability to design and develop detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key business metrics.

  • Documentation & Presentation: Strong documentation skills and the ability to present complex data insights in a user-friendly manner.

  • Alteryx: Experience with Alteryx is a plus.

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Analytical & Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to think critically.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
