Currently Seeking Bilingual Welcome Center Representatives in the Atlanta (Smyrna) Georgia Area
Salary Range: $45,000-$49,000

In this role, you would serve as the first point of contact dealing directly with customers, document their concerns or issues regarding products they've purchased, and direct them to the correct Tech Support Agent.
Additional responsibilities include:
Handling 20-30 inbound calls per day, as well as emails, data entry and routine maintenance.
Logging service calls and daily activities.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Creating quotes for non-contract customers to purchase services.
Light administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Must be Spanish/English bilingual
2+ years of customer service and call center experience
2 years or MORE in each position listed on resume.
Must be open to working ON SITE, Monday - Friday at Smyrna HQ location!
Experience Level:
Intermediate
