The Saylor Law Firm LLP Associate Attorney in Atlanta, Georgia

The Saylor Law Firm LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney. The duties include:

  • handling clients tax issues before the IRS, state tax agencies, and courts;
  • advising clients on tax-related matters;
  • preparing tax returns, including fiduciary and partnership income returns, estate and gift tax returns;
  • preparing estate planning documents and advising client on estate planning;
  • handling various petitions at probate courts; and
  • conducting legal research.

Require:

  • Doctor of Law degree from an ABA-approved law school, and
  • Licensed and admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia; or, if licensed and admitted to practice in a state other than Georgia, the applicant must be willing to take Georgia Bar Exam and apply for admission in Georgia.

Full Time. 40 hours/week.
