Responsibilities

A leading construction firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. We specialize in delivering high-quality construction projects and are committed to excellence in every aspect of our work.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion.

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.

  • Generate regular progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any issues that may arise.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

  • Identify and address any deviations from the project plan promptly.

Cost Management:

  • Assist in monitoring project costs and expenses.

  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Risk Management:
