Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Speech Therapist for our Rehabilitation Department. This job is permanent, full time.

Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
  • Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
  • Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
  • Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
  • Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
