Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Associates to join us as a part-time (22.5 per week) Practice Manager at our Athens Health Center. SUMMARY Administers personnel, systems and facilities with the purpose of achieving agency programmatic and fiscal goals specific to PPGOH's health centers; maintain in these activities a customer service orientation and comply with agency protocols, policies and procedures, accreditation standards, as well as State and Federal Regulations. All activities are carried out in communication with and under the direction of the Director of Health Services. Has understanding of and commitment to quality healthcare and excellence in customer service providing care no matter what; practice these values in relations with internal and external customers. Accept individual and joint responsibility for and lead the Health Center's efforts to achieve established Key Performance Indicators and annual performance goals.
