Job Description :

Technology Engagement Team, focuses on ensuring IT operations are stable and secure through a consistent approach. The team is tasked with running a resilient and secure technology landscape, meeting service levels cost-effectively, securely, and compliantly while continually improving performance.

The Technology Engagement Lead, a business-facing role, requires technical understanding and effective communication skills to engage with the business. This role supports the adoption of new technologies across Diageo, driving service improvements, and meeting business requirements. Acting as a service champion, the TE Lead ensures new tech deployment, ongoing service, support, stability, and compliance within their geographic area.

Scope of Role:

Diageo Greece, MENA including our new HQ in Dubai and Beirut in Lebanon extending support to remote users across the MEAN region countries.

  • Stakeholder/ User management and engagement: Proactively engage with end users to identify and support on-going business needs, coordinate communications and events to keep them informed of service reviews, improvements plans, outages and techs available seeking to deliver a brilliant employee experience. Address employee service concerns and escalations from the technology and process perspective.

  • Delivery partner/vendor Performance and Service Level Management - ensuring internal and 3rd

party teams deliver services upon SLAs and internal control framework.

  • Project management for local projects

  • Information Management @ Security Champion for the markets under the responsibility of the role.

  • Support embedment and communications of technologies, services and security guidelines to

improve employee experience with services. This includes supporting employees to understand

company technologies, identify and drive opportunities to use it and championing use

  • Actively support deployment of up-to-date IT infrastructure platform standards (laptops, network,

VC, WiFi, etc) in the geography. Support and coordinate deployment of Diageo Workplace techs

and confirm appropriate service wrap is available to provide stable and reliable services.

  • Support Technology Engagement agenda through championship role as assigned

  • Financial Management - Management of market D&T AOP budget and R&Os reporting
