The holder of the position reports to the eCommerce Manager and is responsible for managing and growing the assigned brand sites (or site grouping), achieving sales targets, and enhancing online traffic and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
Executing the brand site go-to-market strategy, in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager & Digital Commerce & Marketing Team, the brand and the regional leadership teams.
Ensuring the timely delivery of the brand site updates as per the marketing calendar with respect to new launches, promotions, and loyalty club maintenance. Implement site refreshes by working directly on CMS and offer manager.
Managing the online product catalogue, ensuring all product information, including descriptions, prices, images, and specifications, is accurate, current, and comprehensive, while continuously improving e-merchandizing to enhance product relevance and discoverability.
Executing the CRM strategy, including evergreen newsletters, automated CRM campaigns and ad hoc CRM pilots, in collaboration with the CRM and brand team and the assistance of an external agency for the final setup of the briefs.
Managing site acceleration projects, e.g. SEO updates, new features and tools, redesigns, checkout optimizations, etc, as per the global/regional roadmap and the Affiliate’s strategy.
Monitoring site KPIs and perform basic sales analysis to deliver key reports to affiliate and regional stakeholders.
Working closely with brand, paid/earned media, CRM and customer service teams to ensure a seamless execution across all digital touchpoints and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
3 years of hands-on experience managing an eCommerce site.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred but not required.
Experience with luxury or prestige industry related brands is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience with email marketing.
Strong proficiency in the English language.
