PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Starting pay is $20.40/hour.

Current shift(s) we are hiring for: 2nd and/or 3rd

We do NOT have any Day shift availabilities at the present time!

Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.

Candidates for consideration must be able to do the following:

  1. Work safely and follow Safety rules and regulations.

  2. Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, operate power hand tools, and other duties assigned.

  3. Maintain a clean work environment.

  4. Be able to lift, push, or pull, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel through the entire shift.

  5. Be willing to work ANY shift.

  6. Be willing to work Overtime, as it may be required on occasion.

  7. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment(hot/cold)

  8. Stand on their feet for up to 12 hours per day.

  9. Must have basic math and computer skills, be able to read a tape measure, and be able to read/write/communicate in English.

Preferred Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Military or Technical school a plus.

1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
