  • +5 years of experience under Networking & Security areas

Position Summary:

As part of the Global Network Protection team, you will be immersed in an environment that thrives on innovation and excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with industry-leading professionals dedicated to securing and enhancing our global connectivity infrastructure. The Network Protection team is at the forefront of delivering robust, secure, and cutting-edge technological solutions that ensure the highest levels of resilience and user satisfaction. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing and securing our Remote Access, VPN, Firewall, and Internet Access products, contributing to the seamless and secure connectivity experience for users worldwide. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our network protection strategies, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed industry standards.

A Day in the Life of a Tech Expert Personal Connectivity:

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Palo Alto technologies including Prisma Access, Strata Cloud Manager, Global Protect, and related VPN services to support and optimize our connectivity solutions.

  • Advanced Security Solutions: Utilize expertise in ZScaler and Secure Web Browsing to enhance our secure access protocols.

  • Firewall Management: Apply your extensive experience with Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust protection across our network.

  • Global Support: Provide technical support for global programs and projects, ensuring high resilience and optimal user experience.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving our connectivity solutions and work proactively to implement enhancements.

  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to remote access, VPN, and internet access products promptly and efficiently.

What will make you successful?

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience with Palo Alto technologies (Prisma Access, Strata Cloud Manager, Global Protect) and relevant VPN services.

  • Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Zscaler and Secure Web Browsing.

  • Firewall Proficiency: Strong background in managing and configuring Checkpoint, Cloud & other firewalls.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex connectivity and security environments.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.

  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Practical experience working in DevOps organizations with applied Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
