The St. Regis Aspen Resort Guest Experience Expert in Aspen, Colorado

Guest Experience Expert. The St. Regis Aspen Resort (Aspen Colorado). 10 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 10/01/2024 - 04/12/2025. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: 6am-2:30pm; 7am-3:30pm; 8am-4:30pm; 9am-5:30pm; 10am-6:30pm; 11am-7:30pm; 12pm-8:30pm; 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm; 3pm-11:30pm; 6pm-2:30am; 8pm-4:30pm; 11pm-7:30am. (5 rotating days including weekends). Duties: Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings, including social media where appropriate. Stay up-to-date on the local area so that you are prepared to provide specific recommendations for guests. Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups. Process all check-outs including express check-outs, resolving any late and disputed charges, settling account, retrieving room key, and requesting comments on guest's stay. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system. Secure valid form of payment (e.g., credit card, cash) prior to issuing room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Verify and adjust billing for guests. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/residents/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Other related duties. Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent required. No experience required. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Pre-employment Criminal Background Check. Rate of Pay: $19.00 to $22.00/hr. O/T $28.50 to $33.00/hr. A single work week will be used to compute wages. Wages paid bi-weekly by direct deposit. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in 1st pay period for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). Air transport to place of employment will be provided at no cost to worker (air travel paid upfront); Ground expenses & subsistence costs will be reimbursed to worker during 1st pay period. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88/day during travel to a max $59.00/day w/receipts. If worker does not complete at least 1/2 of employment period worker is expected to refund employer. Return transport will be provided if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early. Employer will provide at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hrs equal to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-week period of total employment.

Shared, subsidized housing available at 2 people per bedroom. Housing is optional, if elected, cost at approx. $800 to 900 per month will be deducted bi-weekly from the workers paycheck. If housing is elected, worker commits to paying the rent for duration of contract. Beginning November 1, employer offers a 6 month bus pass for $175 to be paid by the worker. All deductions from worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
