JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diesel Technician posting: Job Overview: Perform preventative maintenance Develop and improve maintenance skills Perform and complete inspections, recalls Perform diagnostics and complete truck/engine repairs Duties and Responsibilities: Perform, complete, and retain training opportunities Perform diagnostics and repairs on medium/heavy duty trucks Successfully relay findings of diagnostics or repairs and translate to digital notes Locate info on trucks using company-supplied laptop and diagnostic equipment Skills and Qualifications: Medium/heavy duty truck technician Prefer a Class B CDL. Basic computer skills Power and hand tool experience Possess the ability to work alone, and as part of a team Ability to clean up after yourself and possess the desire to work in an organized environment Possess communication skills to successfully relay findings of diagnostics or repairs, and translate to digital notes PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 1-2 years\' experience as a Diesel Technician working on CLASS 8 vehicles-Cummins and Detroit-Certified candidates are given top hiring priority CDL preferred, but NOT required.
