Production Operator Position Overview:

  • Assembling components
  • Some operations require robotic and manual welding techniques
  • Spray components with ceramic glass coating
  • Hang/Unhangtanks from paint hangers
  • Operate basic hand tools (manual and automatic) for occasional and/or extended periods of time
  • Setup heavy equipment

Qualifications include:

  • 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ableto work 2nd shift (earliest start time is 2 pm and latest end time is 1:30 am, depending on role)
  • Constant standing/walking and frequent bending and reaching
  • Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds with and without assistance from lifting device.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter
  • Must read, understand, and comply with specific work instructions
  • Must promote and comply with work safety and quality standards
  • High School Diploma or GED
