What You Can Expect

The Program Associate Director will oversee lifecycle management business processes to enable the business group to efficiently execute activities related to continuous product lifecycle management of its global portfolio. This includes optimizing the lifecycle management business processes, supporting and facilitating central coordination of product lifecycle activities and sharing best practices across the business group. This position will work closely with Upstream & Downstream marketing groups and cross-functional business partners to coordinate and execute lifecycle strategies

How You'll Create Impact

  • Serve as the process expert by improving business processes related to the product lifecycle, product management owned data fields, and product retirement

  • Support facilitation of the IBP process for the business group as required

  • Maintain relationships with key functional areas – Research, Business Development, Finance, Clinical, Commercial, Legal and Regulatory.

  • Analyze the data related to the portfolio as owned by the business group to allow strategic business decisions and action product lifecycle processes.

  • Lead multiple projects as needed for product retirement execution

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management or other related field

  • Masters degree strongly preferred

  • 7 to 10 years of applicable work experience, including project or product management; required

  • Experience working in a medical device regulated environment; preferred.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization; preferred.

  • Experience managing a functional area within Brand Management, Product Development, Finance or Operations is preferred, with demonstrated results-oriented performance.
