Basic Job Functions:

About the job: The CDL Class A (O.T.R.) The truck Driver role is responsible for operating commercial motor vehicle tractors and trailers in compliance with FMCS regulations to transport campers and goods on public highways and company property. They are also responsible for moving, stacking, and unloading all forms of C.H.I. doors and products at the service center and customer locations. This is a physically demanding position where you will be expected to lift 80+ pounds in a unique trailer environment. This could include using forklifts, jacks, carts, racks, pallets, moving boxes, packages, or other support components. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. All runs originate and final at Arthur, Illinois, so residing in the Arthur area is a plus but not required. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Valid CDL

  • Valid DOT Card or eligible to receive one prior to hire

  • Must be able to pass a physical

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 to 80+lbs repeatedly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year (verifiable) commercial driving experience
