Threat Management Security Sales Specialist, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Support the field and technical seller from a tactical, technical, and strategic standpoint for company security threat management products. Work with state agencies, higher education institutions, healthcare enterprises as well as financial services institutions, and other commercial enterprises in the distribution and industrial markets. Provide technical details about the products to customers through detailed presentations. Facilitate product demonstrations for customers and attend meetings to provide technical and tactical input to sell as well as deploy the product. Act as point of contact for the customer for any product queries or further demonstration needs and provide licensing, maintenance, and refresher information regularly. Resolve issues and connect the customer to the correct diagnostics team. Carry out technical and sales enablement for all products for both the internal sales and technical sales reps. Help create enablement material for seller and technical sellers to utilize within their deals. Perform market analysis and create technical sales strategies for the entire regional team. Work with product management team to develop and release new updates for seven security products. Work as a part of the leadership team with the regional sales managers as well as the Vice President of Sales to execute technical strategies. Responsible for the revenue performance of the region. Utilize: QRadar Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), QRadar Network Detection and Response (NDR), QRadar Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) (formally called Resilient), Red Hat Openshift, Cloud Pak for Security. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science or related and two (2) years of experience as a Business Development Associate, Brand Sales Specialist or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing QRadar SIEM, QRadar NDR, QRadar SOAR (formally called Resilient), Red Hat Openshift, Cloud Pak for Security. $149,850.72 - $194,400.00 per year.
