Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our IBM Tax team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise with a market leader, while exploring and connecting with virtually every part of IBM, in over 160 countries.
As an International Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for managing all US International Tax Compliance matters
Prepare E&P, Subpart F calculations, GILTI, FDII, and allocation & apportionment of expenses.
Review of all foreign entity US tax returns (5471, 8858 & 8865).
Preparation of FTC Calculations including review of US Form 1118.
Working in Armonk, NY

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years tax US corporate tax compliance experience;
7+ years US international tax compliance experience;
5+ years tax compliance in a large multinational or big 4 experience
Excellent organizational skills & ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Prior Manager/Supervisor experience
Growth mindset with a focus on productivity and automation
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
CPA & Master's Degree in Taxation
Strong accounting & technology skills (Microsoft office)
Experience working with Corptax Compliance Software

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
