About the team
The BCAP team operates globally, sharing insights and experiences from our Customer and Partner engagements at a global, regional and local level. Our team's tenets are: (unless you know better ones…)
Business Impact: Our engagements with the BCAPs focus on delivering measurable business impact for large Commercial and Public Sector customers.
Top Management Focus: BCAP engagements ensure AWS goes beyond the CIO to engage the Board, CEO, CMO, and LOB executives, focused on achieving the customer’s strategic business priorities.
Trusted, discreet advisors: The BCAP model relies on earning and maintaining trust, and operating transparently, while protecting the confidence of our customers and their BCAP relationships.
Creating synergy: We focus on transformative opportunities where the BCAPs and AWS each bring their distinctive capabilities to accelerate and amplify impact that neither could create on their own (1+1=3).
Committed partnerships: We prioritize working with BCAPs in each region who acknowledge the value of AWS for our mutual customers, measured by: senior level sponsorship; dedicated AWS-focused teams; external events and papers; joint customer wins; and the creation of scalable solutions.
Act locally; Think globally: BCAPs are highly decentralized, relationship-driven firms. To earn trust and accelerate engagement, we invest in resources locally, while leveraging learnings and scaled approaches globally.
Leveraged expertise: We collaborate across AWS and leverage global expertise to bring the best of Amazon and AWS to our partners and customers.
