Job Description
An employer is looking for a SOC Team lead to sit at the Pentagon. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 9 network defenders. Responsibilities will include handling shift assignment, performance reviews, and interfacing with senior stakeholders. This team is the single point of entry for all Cyber Security related information, tasks, orders, alerts, warnings, notices and products from higher headquarters. This person must be comfortable working in a faced paced environment and handling various issues like outages, malicious activities, and various dynamics of a team on any given day.

Skills and Requirements
Must have an active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 8 of professional experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
Must have certifications that satisfy DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 and CSSP Analyst upon start.
3+ years of technical experience, with demonstrated understanding of the life cycle of network threats, attacks, attack vectors and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intelligence driven defense and/or Cyber Kill Chain methodology.
Experience managing a team of 5+ individuals in a fast paced environment to include shift schedules, performance reviews, and interfacing with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated knowledge of order processing and tracking throughout a large organization and correlating reports for other organizations. null
