Position Title: Project/Business Analyst III

Position Overview:

The Project/Business Analyst III will play a vital role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of JCDC Planning Office initiatives. This position involves analyzing data and information from multiple sources to inform decision-making and ensure the successful execution of program objectives. The Project/Business Analyst III will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive program success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive analysis of data and information from various sources to support program planning and decision-making.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution of program activities.

· Assist in the identification and mitigation of program risks and issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

· Prepare and present reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.

· Support the development of business processes, procedures, and documentation to streamline program operations.

· Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups to gather input, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members as needed.

· Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to program management and analysis.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification in business analysis or project management.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on complex initiatives.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

· Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity, government contracting, or related fields is a plus.

· Must have a TS clearance
