CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking Program Control and Accounting Analysts in support of the Navy’s Enterprise Support Information Technology Command Information Office (ES IT/CIO) office located in Arlington Va. What You’ll Get to Do:

Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting. Requirements may include program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up. Prepare budget related briefings, spreadsheets. Analyze historical, current, and future program financial needs to assess funding status, to determine impacts due to shortfalls. Verify accuracy of financial data contained in, or provided in response to, all Congressional budget documents.

More About the Role:

You will provide support services to assist the ES IT/CIO office with the respect to OPNAV N1 responsibilities as the Single Manpower Resource Sponsor and Navy-wide functional sponsor for IT and IM information resources. This support will include planning and programming support and management of compliance tasking and responses that are mandated by various departments within the Navy, the Office of Secretary of Defense and Congress.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in management information systems or computer Science, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in any of the following: complex problem solving, software, systems, business processes, enterprise communications, information assurance or data standardization.

  • Experience in financial management and accounting in a general government environment in areas to include POM, Cost Estimation, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution and Federal financial and accounting policies and system requirements. System experience may include PBIS and PBIS-IT.

  • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group; ability to deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members.

  • Requires active SECRET Clearance.
