You Are:

The Operational Technology Security SME Senior Manager will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. As an industry security expert to provide thought leadership and direction in operational technology strategy, assessment, and delivery of highly complex cybersecurity solutions. This role is heavily focused on maintaining and building strong client and industry partnerships.

The Work:

  • Assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes

  • Provide subject matter expertise across multiple critical infrastructure sectors in the requirements for securing critical infrastructure entities and national security interests as well as related policies and legislation

  • Collaborate with other OT/ICS security leaders from across Accenture and leverage the security innovations and extensive resources of the firm - includes significant collaboration and joint endeavors that leverage Accenture Security’s global Cyber Fusion Centers, OT/ICS ranges, research and development, and test and evaluation facilities

Here Is What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience

  • Experience with one or more of the following: Industrial Controls Systems Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Risk Management, Cybersecurity Assessments (specific to ICS/OT), Medical and Utilities (energy, water facility, nuclear, chemical facilities, oil and natural gas, etc.) sector experience

  • Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

  • Experience leading a project, program and/or team

Bonus Points If:

  • Bachelors Degree in an IT related field

  • Advanced Degree

  • 15+ years of industry experience

  • One or more of the following certifications: Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional Certification (GICSP), GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID). GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection Certification (GCIP)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders

  • Excellent people management and relationship development skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role :

California: $141,800 - $269,100

Colorado: $141,800 - $232,600

New York: $131,300 269,100

Washington State: $151,100 - $247,500
