Lead Management Analyst

Job Description Summary:  D&G is seeking a Lead Management Analyst to support the CISA Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) . The selected candidate will

Roles & Responsibilities:   

The Lead must have at least ten years / senior level experience which includes:

  • Experience ensuring implementation support activities are fully coordinated with CISA headquarters activities.

  • Experience coordinating regular implementation meetings across P&I organizations.

  • Experience developing targeted communication and/or education materials around specific areas of organizational transformational improvement efforts and related activities.

  • Experience gathering and documenting lessons learned from ISD organizational improvement efforts and related activities.

  • Designing briefings, surveys, and questionnaires regarding reorganization and related activities

  • Developing interview techniques, surveys, and Frequently Asked Questions in support of all ISD stakeholders regarding organizational improvement efforts, strategy and policy updates, and related activities.

  • Drafting, shaping, and refining plans and outreach products prioritized by the P&I Director

  • Developing and analyzing and creating interview, survey, and questionnaire results to establish data driven analysis in support.

    Eligibility Requirements:   

  • TS Clearance

      Desired Skills:   

  • Previous experience within DHS or CISA preferred .

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.

  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to assess and interpret data, policies, and regulations to inform decision-making and strategy.

  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing and editing documents.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing effective strategies.

  • Time Management: Efficiently managing one's time to meet deadlines and handle urgent tasks.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and protecting sensitive information.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for document preparation, editing, and project management.

  • Full-time onsite at client location in Arlington, VA.
