IDS is seeking a Primary Instructor/Site Lead to lead a Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) that will provide i n-country training , tec h n i cal support, and advice for H I MARS Systems in O r zysz , Poland.  The Primary Instructor/Site Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of contract requirements, and must be able to direct trainers and effectively interface with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT.

  • Acts as liaison between all stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the Program.

  • Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction.

  • Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations.

  • Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS.

  • Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance

  • 5+ years of exper i ence i n managing programs, tra i ning, and oversight for projects of a s i mi l ar s i ze and scope.

  • Previously completed a successful HIMARS Battery experience , w i t h additional o p erat i onal experience in the field env i ronmen t.

  • Ex p er i ence as one or more of the follo w i ng : HIMARS Tac t i cal Control Off i cer or Tac t i cal Control Ass i s t ant ; HIMARS Tactical Director or Tact i ca l D i r ec t or Assistant; HIMARS Battery Trainer; and / or BN Standardiza t i ons .

  • Serve as an PAF-HIMARS Instructor Trainer on the employmen t , opera t ion , and maintenance of the Poland HIMARS system.

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
