Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Purpose & Scope:
Oversees the planning, design, implementation and tracking of short term and long term construction projects.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or in a related field is required.
Experience:
Four years of construction experience in institutional construction, facilities planning, or healthcare is required.
One year of experience in physical plant operations and construction - building renovations is required.
Certification/Licensure:
PMP preferred.
