Web Content Specialist - Editor/Writer

Work location: Primarily Remote but will need to come in office as needed. The office is located at 612 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, Texas 76011

Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Here’s What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 3 years experience website development and management required

  • Word press and/or similar web tool experience strongly preferred

  • Recruiting, Marketing and/or healthcare experience preferred

What You Will Do

Serves as a member of the Talent Acquisition Marketing team as a content producer across multiple platforms, with a concentration on content to attract target audience. Responsible for writing and editing content by creating high quality collateral, web pages and digital assets. This individual understands system strategy and business objectives and works to align with system strategic priorities in order to position the organization as an employer of choice.

  • Design, develop, write and deploy marketing deliverables for Talent Acquisition by creating high-quality collateral and web content.

  • Edit and write content for marketing deliverables including social media posts, web page content, stories and flyers.

  • Support and maintain Talent Acquisition Marketing content for career site and internal and external partners.

  • Ensure Texas Health and Talent Acquisition Marketing brand standards are followed with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Assist in planning and developing strategies for delivering Talent Acquisition Marketing content.

  • Partner with management, team members, vendors and Texas Health technology resources.

  • Create multimedia content for designated stakeholder audience that seeks to clearly articulate Texas Health’s key messages and aligning with brand voice and tone.

  • Writes, edits and gains approval on communications and collateral.

  • Understands all internal and external Texas Health Talent Acquisition marketing channels and communications.

  • Serves as a Talent Acquisition brand advocate, working to create content that meets all brand standards and guidelines.

  • Assist with other projects as assigned.
