We are looking for a Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our team!

    What you’ll be doing: 

  • Supervise team of field technicians, ensure team delivers high quality service, evaluates service and conduct any necessary corrective action

  • Work with Service Manager to interview, hire, coach, counsel, discipline, train and manage field technicians.

  • Create and execute new hire orientation for all field technicians.

  • Create, review, and oversee new hire and ongoing training for all new field technicians.

  • Conduct “ride alongs” with field technicians to ascertain improvement areas and provide coaching related to customer service, technical skills, knowledge and promotion of products and services, proper tune-up procedures and on time and accurate submission of all job information.

  • Ensure field technicians understand and execute three-point customer contact for service/maintenance calls, how to perform data entry, phone set-up and transfer of information.

  • Maintain and review all call-backs on maintenance and service calls.

  • Run call backs with original technician as needed, identify issues and patterns, provide solutions.

  • Regularly update Service Manager on training, customer service, personnel matters and related issues.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of principles of operation of HVAC and/or plumbing systems and safety practices.

  • Accurate diagnostics ability.

  • Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients.

  • Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping, customer billing and applying credit card payments.

  • Ability to attract, hire, train and retain field technicians .
