Tailchasers Arlington Pet Resort is looking to add a reliable, enthusiastic, and skilled receptionist to our Arlington facility! We have been a leader in the pet care industry since 2004, we have the most fantastic staff in the industry, and we can't wait to welcome you to our team!

Shift structure

Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS)

  • 6:15a - 12:30p 

  • 12:20p - 6:30p

Compensation

  • $15.00 Hourly

What does a day of work look like?

Our receptionists have the pleasure of greeting our human clients and receiving their dogs to allow for them to engage in Day School for the day. In addition to customer service, our receptionist have the responsibility of answering customer inquiries via phone and email, as well as checking in and out their dogs using our computer program, Gingr. The ideal candidate would have a confident disposition, a love for pets, and a strong foundation in multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Receptionists are also responsible for completing dog spa services which include baths, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning.

Requirements:

  • US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Self-starter, able to work effectively and independently 

  • Able to commit to this position for 6 months from the date of hire

  • Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner

  • Strong personal organization skills

  • Technologically savvy

  • Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
