Job Description

Młodszy analityk ds. inwentaryzacji i finansów – Warszawa, Arklow; pełny etat

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zarządzanie wewnętrznym systemem inwentaryzacji

  • Monitorowanie, kontrolowanie i analizowanie ruchów magazynowych, przesyłanie nowych dostaw magazynowych i uzgadnianie ich z dokumentacją wysyłkową dostawcy

  • Zarządzanie poziomami zapasów, rozwiązywanie rozbieżności, w tym analiza przyczyn źródłowych (RCA) i wprowadzanie usprawnień

  • Rozwój i testowanie nowych funkcji lub ulepszeń systemu

  • Raportowanie kluczowych wskaźników (KPI), raportowanie ad hoc (w tym przygotowanie i prezentacja danych)

  • Zarządzanie komunikacją w przypadku awarii systemu, kontakt z zespołami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi/dostawcami

  • Przetwarzanie i uzgadnianie miesięcznych faktur od dostawców

  • Udział w rozwoju procesów i procedur

  • Identyfikacja obszarów, które wymagają usprawnień, analiza kroków, które należy podjąć w celu wdrożenia i współpraca z odpowiednimi zespołami w celu wdrożenia

Doświadczenie:

  • Umiejętności analityczne, doświadczenie w pracy z dużą ilością danych

  • Biegła obsługa MS Office, w szczególności Microsoft Excel

  • Rozwiązywanie problemów, umiejętność radzenia sobie z trudnymi zapytaniami od zewnętrznych dostawców lub zespołów wewnętrznych

  • Motywacja, Zdolność do pracy z własnej inicjatywy, praca z zespołem

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie piśmie (min. B2)

Mile widziane:

  • doświadczenie w branży usług płatniczych

  • znajomość SQL i Workday

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management internal Inventory System

  • Monitoring and processing daily file feeds with vendors, control and analyse stock movements, upload new stock deliveries and reconcile back to supplier shipping paperwork

  • Management of stock levels, discrepancies resolution, including root cause analysis (RCA) and driving improvements

  • Handling changes requests, including development and testing for new features and or enhancements to the system from other departments and or as part of projects

  • KPI reporting, ad hoc reporting (including preparation, data validation, and presentation in a clear and concise manner)

  • Responsible for managing outage situations, communicating with various internal teams as well as external vendors, investigating the root cause and customer impact and ensuring resolution within timely manner

  • Process and reconcile monthly invoices from vendors

  • Contribute to process and procedures development to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and business requirements

  • Identify areas that require improvements, analysis steps to take to implement and work with relevant teams/vendors to implement

Experience and Skills Required

  • Strong analytical skills, Excellent attention to detail

  • MS Office proficiency; Expert-level Excel skills

  • Problem-solving, ability to handle difficult queries from external vendors and or internal teams

  • Fluency in oral and written English, other European languages, will be an advantage

  • Highly motivated, 'can do' attitude, able to work on own initiative and able to work as part of team

  • Card acquiring processes knowledge and/or experience in working in this environment

  • Knowledge of SQL and Workday

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
