Consult, advise, and train managers on sensitive employment issues, progressive discipline up to and including employment terminations and administering disciplinary processes. Coaches and counsels’ employees and managers HR policies and procedures. Manage leave management across division. Manage the recruiting/hiring process for site including coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates and selecting qualified candidates for further review. Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints as needed. Ensures regulatory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal, state and local laws and regulations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. Maintain human resources system that includes records on hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Manage performance review process and system. Work closely with other division HR staff on projects. Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred Minimum 3+ years’ experience in progressively responsible HR roles Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Self-motivated, self-directed, and highly organized.
