About the role: This Mapping System Product Manager has a critical role in our Electrophysiology division, with responsibility for supporting the US mapping system rollout of PFA mapping integration and managing software iterations. The focus of this role is downstream marketing, encompassing the development and implementation of marketing messages, programs, and tactics to drive market share, as well as overseeing product lifecycle management, new product launches, and sustaining efforts. The employee will be based at our Arden Hills, MN location and will follow a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be onsite in Arden Hills three days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Use classic marketing capabilities to further business objectives,to support BSC Mapping Systemsuch as market understanding, market segmentation, customer targeting, product positioning and message development. Execute installation of PFA mapping integration Supports innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools to create value and support the needs of the Sales Team for BSC Mapping System. Evaluates promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed. Analyzes franchise sales trends and performs customer segmentation to drive strategic and tactical decision making - synthesizes into dashboards Execution of strategies to maximize the profitability of product lines by collaborating with cross-functional partnersconducting market research and performing financial analyses. Supports and leads execution of comprehensive competitive response plans. Serve as the subject matter expert for BSC Mapping Sytems including both Capital and Software. Spends time in the field to gain market and clinical insights Assists on forecasts for supply chain as well as overall revenue planning.
