About the role: The Quality Engineer I will provide engineering support for the Capital Equipment business from the Arden Hills, MN site, ensuring delivery of the highest quality products to our patients. In this role, the Quality Engineer I will be responsible for several manufacturing processes on the production floor surrounding the Peripheral Intervention division, working cross-functionally with manufacturing and production teams to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include: Lead quality sustaining support for 1-2 Capital Equipment production lines. Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to disposition non-conforming material and determine long-term solutions. Understand corrective and preventative actions for non-conformances. Participate in team decision-making while advocating for quality compliance.
