Learning and Development FacilitatorDue to an internal move, we are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Facilitator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for facilitating engaging and impactful learning experience s . Also , the candidate will understand adult learning and instructional design principles. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver a variety of training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and driving organizational growth. You will contribute to the professional growth of our employees by delivering engaging training sessions and workshops.This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid work arrangement each week)Responsibilities:Conduct dynamic and effective training sessions both in-person and virtually.Adapt facilitation style to meet diverse learning preferences and needs.Implement evaluation methods to measure training program effectiveness.Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.Partner with the Learning and Development team to continuously improve training processes and procedures.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning objectives , content, and materials that align with business goals and learner needs.Deliver in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences with a focus on interactive and learner-centered methodologies.Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.Manage coordination for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications.Provide coaching and support to employees before, during, and after training sessions to maximize learning transfer.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in education , Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
