Join our team as a Human Resources Portfolio and Project Manager and lead the development of our portfolio and project management discipline.This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Arden Hills, MN, with a hybrid work arrangement each week.In this role you will develop and sustain our HR Portfolio practices within our Human Resources function. You'll co-create the framework for HR portfolio management practices that align with organizational objectives and develop and maintain the HR function's scorecard. This includes coordinating strategic priority planning sessions, defining relevant KPIs and metrics for HR program effectiveness and return on investment, and monitoring progress against the scorecard to ensure alignment with organizational goals.In addition, you will conduct portfolio reviews and checkpoint meetings to manage HR initiatives effectively, identify areas for enhancement in HR portfolio management and implement best practices to boost team skills.
