Ardara Technologies Electronic Assembler/ Production in Ardara, Pennsylvania

Ardara Technologies L.P. is a customer oriented firm recognized for high quality design and manufacture of electronics used with analytical chemistry laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs through hole and surface mount soldering, and mechanical assembly
  • Performs cleaning of pc boards according to procedures
  • Ensures assembly meets visual, mechanical, electrical criteria of design
  • Test boards
  • Builds cable assemblies
    • Cuts wires to length
    • Strips wire ends
    • Solder wire ends
    • Puts wires in correct connector pin slot
    • Crimps Wires
    • Builds wire harnesses
  • Pulls parts for kits for assembly
  • Stocks parts
  • Documentation, standards and inspection documentation
  • Reads and follows written and verbal work instructions and procedures with moderate supervision
  • Flexibility to multitask depending on immediate production needs

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • College or trade school preferred
  • Good command of the English language
  • Minimum 2 -- 3 years' experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to understand schematics and perform basic troubleshooting would be helpful
