JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, administering medication, and transportation, while following their individualized support plans. Support youth in a variety of settings and plan recreational activities. Follow established menus and dietary restrictions, while maintaining adequate food/supplies. Encourage personal growth and development. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years of age. Maintain a valid driver\'s license. Must pass background checks pursuant to the Wisconsin Caregiver\'s Background Check Law and WI DCF 56 licensing requirements. Be mentally and physically capable of assisting participants based on their needs. A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
