Strong verbal and written communication skills (both general and technical). Experience with extreme programing or other agile methodologies. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization with the ability to establish priorities. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide, inspire, and motivate team members. Independent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to problem solve. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the construction industry preferred. Experience implementing unit testing suites for full-stack applications preferred.
