JOB REQUIREMENTS: Would you like three-day weekends every other weekend? IQ Resource Group is seeking Packaging Associates for a family-owned manufacturing located in Appleton. 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 straight shift schedule. Job Overview: This role is responsible for leading and assisting in packaging the finished products by following company guidelines and packaging procedures. Responsibilities include safety, quality control, quality testing, proper documentation, and productivity. Job Duties: Inspect finished product for defects or blemishes Box product and ensure boxes are appropriately taped Stack finished goods or boxes onto pallets Move, handle, bag, and box product Fill out all necessary production and inspection documents Perform housekeeping tasks by keeping the machines and surrounding areas clean to maintain a safe and sanitary work area ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to stand for extended period of time Some manufacturing experience (preferred) Able to lift up to 20 pounds /reach/stretch Able to push/pull with/without assistance Basic math and reading skills Able to perform manual and repetitive tasks and work in a high speed environment Strong attention to detail Able to understand written and spoken English Effective oral and written communication skills ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: IQ Resource Group 1400 W.
