An Excellerate Millwright is responsible for performing precision maintenance tasks, converting assets and setting gear with a focus on adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures, actively participating in our safety program to ensure a secure working environment. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Journeyman Millwright or 5yrs Industrial Maintenance Experience or associate degree in related field Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Electrician or Millwright Travel: 0-20% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair or transportation. * Construct and install equipment such as transformers, electrical gear, mechanical structures to include but not limited to (doors, panels, steel skeleton structures, etc.) * Demonstrate proper rigging techniques for setting equipment utilizing bridge cranes, gantry cranes, telehandler lifts, air skates and forklifts. * Understanding of weights and balance distribution principles. * Proficiency with hand and power tools and equipment, including drills, impacts, torque wrenches, hoists, rollers, and jacks. * Proficiency with pneumatics & hydraulics * Effectively analyze and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, blueprints, and drawings to determine work procedures. * Transfer equipment to the applicable site for maintenance to avoid contamination or safety hazards. * Work with a range of hand tools including measuring tools, welding, brazing, grinding, plasma, and torch cutting equipment. * Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs. * Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills. * Demonstrate basic knowledge of electricity/components and assist as needed. * Cleans, maintains, and organizes work area and tools. * Demonstrate good verbal and written communication as well as proper hand signaling. * Actively participates in Faith\'s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate. * Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
