JOB REQUIREMENTS: Design Engineer: Aircraft Cabin Electrical Harness Routing - 117754BR DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Infosys is seeking a Design Engineer: Aircraft Cabin Electrical Harness Routing. This role will apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face. Proficient in System level Wire Diagram/Schematic design for aircraft. Experience with complete Interior cabin layouts and configuration. Experience in Electrical System integration related to Aircraft Avionics, Lighting, and Audio/Video Entertainment systems Understanding of the new EWIS requirements for electrical harness installation Design work includes the creation of drawings/modeling using AutoCAD, CATIA, Capital Harness and SmarTeam while employing design standards and accepted design methods Design installations while meeting the electrical load requirements and FAA certification guidelines of the entire interior installation Ability to complete system level ELA (Electrical Load Analysis).
