JOB REQUIREMENTS: Completions Aircraft Project Engineer I - Appletonin GAC Appleton Unique Skills: The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Completions Engineering departments for the CISA Milestone Tracking process (and supporting Tiered meetings). Assist with developing and maintaining master/detailed schedule, budgets, and performance measures for the delivery of aircraft. Assist Liaisons in support of aircraft managers and their installation teams to resolve engineering related issues. The focal responsible for two-way reporting CISA Engineering Milestone status to include: Relay issues brought up at TIER meetings to the applicable engineering group Facilitating discussion and issue resolution with Operations, Back shops, Liaison, Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Certification, and AL&D to Solve Engineering Issues Reporting Certification status and updates including STC and MRA activity Providing status of engineering drawings throughout the design and release cycle as needed/requested Providing status of approved WCRs approval through incorporation Responsible for all Eng/Ops Lessons Learned action items, and reporting status Candidates will be evaluated based on project experience and demonstrated skills in leading projects and communicating effectively. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering or a related curriculum required or equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience 10 years engineering experience with a Bachelors. Experience credit considered for related advanced degrees limited to 2 years for Masters and 4 years for PhD in fields applicable to this job. 2 years project management experience. Position Purpose: Creates and manages product plans for major aircraft programs that support the program milestones leading to certification and entry into service. In a supervisory capacity, plans, develops, coordinates and directs a cross-functional team of engineering staff. Determines practicality of the overall project in regard to function suitability, availability of manpower, equipment and materials, resources, cost, and producibility.
