Base Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915 As our Biller, you will: * Coordinate with Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Sales to obtain information related to customer accounts and orders. Apply applicable discounts, special rates, or credit terms to invoices. * Validate information provided by Customer Service that supports invoice creation. * Prepare summarized invoices containing amount due, type of services performed, etc., which supports backup provided. * Audit and reconcile GL accounts. * Work with various internal customers on billing that crosses multiple divisions. * Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
