Job Description

Danfoss esta buscando un Tecnico de Faciltiies .

Técnico de Facilities será responsable de realizar las tareas correctivas y de mantenimiento preventivo en las áreas de facilities , informando al líder de facilities y trabajando en rotación de tres turnos.

Job Responsibilities

  • Realizar los mantenimiento preventivos asignados

  • Atención inmediata a los eventos de mantenimiento correctivo planeados y no planeados

  • Realizar checklist de condiciones de equipos

  • Cumplimiento de reglamento de seguridad de Danfoss , uso de EPP y permisos de trabajo requeridos de manera diaria

  • Mantener orden y limpieza de las áreas de facilities , y en lugares donde se haya efectuado servicio

  • Tomar los entrenamientos de calidad , seguridad aplicables al puesto y al área

  • Hacer buen uso de los materiales y consumibles requeridos para mantenimiento ,soporte y/o instalaciones realizadas

  • Cierre de reportes Potencial Hazard del departamento de facilities generando las reparaciones , correcciones y/o modificaciones necesarias

  • Revisión de procedimientos y rutinas de mantenimiento para la búsqueda de mejora de actividades que ayuden a un mejor funcionamiento y/o tiempo de vida de los equipos

  • Atención y soporte de manera eficaz a requerimientos de clientes como producción , personal de oficinas , almacenes , comedor.

Background & Skills

  • Experiencia de 1-3 años en posiciones similares

  • Carrera Tecnica( electricista , electromecánico , mecánico en herramientas , instrumentista , electrónico , refrigeración o afin)

  • Conocimiento de electricidad

  • Conocimiento de hidráulica

  • Conocimiento de sistemas de refrigeración

  • Conocimiento de mecánica industrial

  • Conocimiento de plomería

  • Conocimiento de chillers y torres de enfriamiento

  • Conocimiento a sistemas de aire comprimido

  • Conocimiento de gases industriales

  • Mantenimiento a edificios

  • Instalaciones electricas , motores , sistemas de alumbrado

  • Instalaciones y equipos industriales con unidades hidráulicas

  • Mantenimiento a equipos de hvac

  • Mantenimiento a sistemas de bombeo

  • Mantenimiento a sistemas hidrosanitarios

  • Mantenimiento y operación de chillers y torres de enfriamiento

  • Operación y mantenimiento a compresores de aire de baja , media y alta presión

  • Seguridad en manejo , almacenamiento y monitoreo de estaciones y equipo de gases industriales

  • Actividades de pintura , soldadura , ajustes de mecanismos

  • Ejecución de rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo ,correctivo y servicios generales

  • Alto sentido de urgencia

  • Conocimientos avanzados en mantenimiento de edificio y utilities

  • Conocimiento y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad industrial y sistemas de bloqueo de energía LOTO

  • Manejo de herramientas y equipo para actividades de mantenimiento de equipo de facilities , equipo de elevación , montacargas

  • Conocimiento y uso de sistemas de administración de mantenimiento , equipo de computo , MS Office ,
