Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Operations Area General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of staff supporting multiple lines of business in one or more offices. The role is part of the Operations Management function and is key in coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.

The Area General Manager (AGM) will be assisting the Country Director to manage multi-site contracts including special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Facilities Management for clients in Cebu and neighboring areas

  • Manage finances and budgets

  • Direct client interaction

  • Lead a team of Facility Managers and frontline team members in Cebu and neighboring areas

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
