Overview and Essential Functions

Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We’re looking for Warehouse/Inventory Technicians (based out of Apache Junction, AZ) to join our team and help connect America.

What you'll do:

  • Receive and unload incoming material and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment

  • Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory that is received

  • Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects

  • Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading material and equipment

  • Stock shelves in the warehouse

  • Pull spools/materials and distribute them to their designated area

  • Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with the pick ticket and customer requirements

  • Package and ship in accordance with packaging guidelines and accepted methods/practices

  • Provide accurate reporting on receipt of materials and distribution of purchased items

  • Travel to other markets may be required for delivery/pick up of materials

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

  • You have a valid Driver's License; Medical Card or CDL preferred

  • You have experience within the warehousing/inventory industry (preferred)

  • You have Forklift experience (preferred)

  • You have basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner

  • You have basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment in a safe manner

  • You have basic computer and mathematical skills (required)

  • You are able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes, weighing up to 50 to 100 pounds 75% of the time

  • You are able to climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects with variable heights

  • Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies

  • You are able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.

  • You are able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)

  • You are able to maintain a safe work environmentYou are able to work in all weather conditions
