DXC Technology SAP Program Manager Partner - US REMOTE in ANY CITY, Texas
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve corporate vision
Lead in partnership with executive sponsor and key stakeholders program definition including scope, goals and objectives, teams, deliverables, milestones and activities, resource plan, budget, timing and risks
Establish partnership with senior executives and sponsors regarding their role in ensuring program and project success, emphasizing non-technical program elements like organizational readiness to adopt the new solution (processes, data, and technology).
Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
Manage and drive overall program level reporting, communication, issue management, and cross-workstream risk identification and resolution
Identify, assess and resolve program and project risks
Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures
Ensure adhere to methodology and compliance standards set by the company
Define and track achievements while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan
Ensure end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit/value
Support, share findings, and mentor others within the PMO regarding standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building to promote the successful delivery of projects
Accountable to coach and manage several Project Managers
Required Experience:
10+ years of diverse and/or large enterprise work experience in project management
5+ years of diverse and/or large enterprise work experience in program management with desired experience with ERP/SAP Deployments
Strong track record working with multiple partner/vendors in delivery
Proven ability to manage projects in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies
5+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or deployment experience
Manage Projects/enhancements and AMS related to SAP S/4 HANA
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

Ensure all services are delivered in steady state in accordance as per agreed Policies and Procedures.
Manage daily/ weekly performance against the SLAs
Manage the critical incidents
Team management
Work with Client to understand and execute any in-scope enhancements and Application currency.
Escalate risks and issues to client leadership.
Ensures completion and sign off on all the relevant documents

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.
At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 137,400.00 - 255,200.00 USD Annual.
